The Allen-Bradley 2198-C4030-ERS / 2198-C4075-ERS pairing covers two 400 V Class Kinetix 5300 single-axis servo drives for Integrated Motion over EtherNet/IP. 2198-C4030-ERS supplies 6.25 kW and 11.7 A rms continuously in Frame 2, whereas 2198-C4075-ERS raises the continuous level to 14.70 kW and 27.5 A rms in Frame 3.
Across 2198-C4030-ERS / 2198-C4075-ERS, 24 V DC powers the control circuitry separately from the 342…528 V AC three-phase input. Two RJ45 ports carry motion commands and feedback, the 15-position MFB connector receives motor feedback, and the hardwired STO connector accepts the external safety circuit without merging that circuit into the motor-power path.

Integrated Motion Command Path
2198-C4030-ERS / 2198-C4075-ERS place the servo axis on the EtherNet/IP motion network so controller commands, drive status and motor feedback are handled through a defined closed-loop path.
Dual-port network exchange
PORT1 and PORT2 provide the RJ45 path for cyclic command and status traffic. Their dual-port arrangement supports linear, ring or star system layouts when the surrounding network is configured accordingly.
Motor and feedback loop
The drive sends controlled power through the motor connector while position feedback returns through the MFB interface, keeping the motor response tied to the commanded axis state.
