Meggitt Vibro-Meter VM600 industrial monitoring hardware
VM600 · routes dynamic, tachometer, analog and relay signals between field wiring and the VM600 rack
Meggitt Vibro-Meter IOC4T 200-560-101-015 / IOC4T 200-560-101-018 is a VM600 machinery-protection input/output card pair. Its role is to carry the configured field signal set into the VM600 rack-side processing path and to return selected alarm or analog outputs to the field interface.
At the field side, IOC4T 200-560-101-015 / IOC4T 200-560-101-018 provides four dynamic input channels, two tachometer channels, four selectable analog outputs and four relay outputs. The same card also provides 32 jumper-selectable open-collector outputs, so the connector assignment determines which signal type is being used.
The VM600 rack supplies IOC4T 200-560-101-015 / IOC4T 200-560-101-018 with +5 VDC and ±12 VDC through the rack connection. Field wiring enters through the 48-terminal interface, while the associated processing card receives the channel and alarm data through the VM600 backplane.

IOC4T 200-560-101-015 / IOC4T 200-560-101-018 turns the connected field signals into the signal groups used by the VM600 machinery-protection path.
Four dynamic channels carry vibration-related inputs into the IOC4T interface.
Two tachometer channels provide speed reference information for the configured processing path.
Analog, relay and open-collector outputs return selected status or process values to the field side.
IOC4T 200-560-101-015 / IOC4T 200-560-101-018 sits between field terminals and the associated VM600 processing card.
The 48-terminal interface carries the wired field signals and returns.
The VM600 backplane carries the interface data and supply rails to the processing side.
The IOC4T record is kept with the associated processing hardware and its configured channel map.
IOC4T 200-560-101-015 / IOC4T 200-560-101-018 has four dynamic inputs and two tachometer inputs, so the field wiring must be landed on the connector positions assigned to the intended signal group. The tachometer path supplies speed reference data rather than a fifth dynamic channel.
IOC4T 200-560-101-015 / IOC4T 200-560-101-018 provides four relay outputs and 32 jumper-selectable open-collector outputs in addition to four analog outputs. The receiving circuit must therefore be matched to the output group actually configured on the card.
IOC4T 200-560-101-015 / IOC4T 200-560-101-018 receives +5 VDC and ±12 VDC from the VM600 rack supply. The field terminals carry signal wiring; they are not the source of the card’s internal rack rails.
IOC4T 200-560-101-015 / IOC4T 200-560-101-018 sends its interface data through the VM600 backplane to the associated processing card. The path is field connector, IOC4T interface, backplane and processing module.
No. IOC4T 200-560-101-015 / IOC4T 200-560-101-018 contains two supplied identifiers, 200-560-101-015 and 200-560-101-018, and each must remain visible in the card record. A shortened family label would not identify which variant is installed.
Record the complete variant, rack position, field connector assignments and associated processing card for IOC4T 200-560-101-015 / IOC4T 200-560-101-018. This preserves the relationship between the terminal wiring and the VM600 channel configuration.
