Across medium-power 480 V motor applications, Allen-Bradley 20G11ND034JA0NNNNN and 20G11ND065JA0NNNNN are PowerFlex 755 AC drives with embedded EtherNet/IP. They occupy the motor feeder between the three-phase source and motor, using the power section to regulate speed and torque while the embedded network interface exchanges commands, references, feedback and drive status with a controller.
The internal route through 20G11ND034JA0NNNNN and 20G11ND065JA0NNNNN runs from AC input to the DC link and inverter, with DC terminals and a DB transistor available for the defined external power connections. Both are filtered, forced-air open-type drives without a supplied HIM, but the 34 A unit uses Frame 3 and the 65 A unit uses Frame 4, changing panel space and frame-specific hardware.

Motor load behavior determines which published power rating can be applied.
Normal duty and heavy duty reserve different overload capability, so the driven machine's load profile selects the correct column.
The 34 A and 65 A power sections serve different feeder sizes even when their EtherNet/IP functions are configured identically.
Voltage class, current and duty rating are checked together before the drive is assigned to a motor.
Moving between the two output classes also changes the physical drive platform.
Frame 3 and Frame 4 have different widths, mounting points and service-component selections.
The line, motor, DC and control conductors must approach the correct terminal zones without blocking forced-air cooling.
The enclosure must preserve access to the power terminals, control area and cooling components after neighboring devices are fitted.
Not without mechanical modification. 20G11ND034JA0NNNNN uses Frame 3 and 20G11ND065JA0NNNNN uses Frame 4, so the outline, mounting points and airflow reservation differ.
Each drive has separate normal-duty and heavy-duty ratings. Motor current and the required overload profile determine which duty value applies.
No. Embedded EtherNet/IP carries configured commands, references and returned status; three-phase input and controlled motor output remain on dedicated power terminals.
No. They belong to the drive DC-link power architecture. Network and control wiring use their designated interfaces and remain separate from the DC power path.
50 °C is the published maximum for these Frame 3 and Frame 4 open drives. The specified mounting clearances and forced-air path must be maintained at that limit.
