Product Description

HE800DAC106 is a SmartStack current-sourcing analog output module with four channels and 14-bit resolution. It converts controller data into 0–20.47 mA field signals and provides 10 VDC compliance for connected current loops.

Each channel is mapped as an analog output point, and the PLC update rate follows the controller scan rate. The removable spring-clamp terminal block carries four channel outputs, commons and shield terminations without an external module power supply.

Output Configuration

Channel Setup

Cscape assigns the I/O map from the SmartStack model and position. The map is not edited manually. Each output channel can be configured independently, including its output range and digital filter setting.

Stop Behavior

When the controller enters idle or stop mode, the default output value is zero. Module Setup can instead assign a specific value or hold the last value, so the stop-state behavior must be chosen deliberately for the process.

Output Wiring

The four loops terminate as channel positive, common and shield connections. Shielded twisted-pair wiring is specified, with shields terminated at the terminal strip or directly at the panel ground block for severe applications.

The official wiring figure keeps each loop separate and shows the common shield arrangement. Open it to check the channel-by-channel pin pattern.
