GE DS200DCFBG1B is the revision-B family of the DCFB Power Supply Board covered by GEI-100028C. G1A and G1B are revision levels within the single DCFB board group.

The board receives 38 and 115 VAC input power, or 24 VDC in the documented application, and supplies control-level power to the drive. It also supports voltage and current feedback, contactor-drive circuits and gate-pulse interfaces for the power bridge.

Power Conversion and Feedback

Control-level supplies and drive feedback interfaces

The DCFB combines regulated signal-level supplies with drive feedback and firing support. Connector 2PL distributes the documented ±15 VDC, +5 VDC and ±24 VDC rails to connected control hardware.

  • 1PL interfaces with the SDCC or LDCC control board.
  • 5PL carries gate-pulse and related bridge signals.
  • ACCT feedback supports commutation-failure and instantaneous-overcurrent checks.

Fuses, indicators and testpoints

Three protective fuses divide the supply protection functions, and a blown-fuse indicator identifies a supply fault. Five labeled testpoints allow regulated rails, common and ACCT status to be checked.

  • FU1, FU2 and FU3 protect defined supply sections.
  • P5 and P15/N15 expose regulated voltage checks.
  • The full suffix must be verified before copying switch or jumper settings.
