The ProSoft ILX34-MBS485 is an in-chassis Modbus serial module designed specifically for Rockwell Automation CompactLogix L1, L2, and L3 platforms. It adds RS-485 Modbus RTU and ASCII master/slave capability directly to the CompactLogix backplane, enabling seamless integration of serial field devices without external gateways or protocol converters.
