The KOYO DL240CPU is a compact programmable logic controller from KOYO, designed specifically for small and medium-sized industrial automation scenarios. It combines high cost-effectiveness with flexible scalability, making it an ideal choice for standalone equipment control and integration into small production lines. As the core model in the KOYO DL series, it is powered by a 32-bit RISC processor and supports multiple programming methods, including ladder diagrams and function block diagrams (FBD). It is compatible with GX Developer programming software, making it easy for engineers to get started.
This PLC features a modular design. The main unit comes with 16 digital inputs (DC 24V) and 8 relay outputs. This can be flexibly expanded to 128 I/O points using expansion modules (such as DI/DO modules, analog modules, and communication modules) to meet the control needs of diverse equipment. Its compact DIN rail mounting structure (125×90×60mm) saves control cabinet space, and its industrial-grade protection design (operating temperature -10°C to +55°C, IP20 protection) makes it suitable for workshop environments in industries such as machine tools, packaging, and textiles.
