Product Overview

Horner HE800DIM310 and HE800DIM410 are SmartStack Metal digital input modules for 12/24 VDC field signals. HE800DIM310 provides 16 inputs; HE800DIM410 provides 32. Both support positive or negative logic through bidirectional input characteristics.

The two modules share the same input voltage range, point response, input thresholds and environmental limits. Their principal configuration difference is density: the 16-point version has three commons, while the 32-point version has six.

Horner classifies SmartStack Metal as a legacy product line. The modules stack directly on products that support metal-encased I/O, including Classic OCS, RCS, RX ruggedized controllers and Metal FOX.

Both modules accept positive- or negative-logic input circuits. The commons divide the inputs into isolated groups: three commons on HE800DIM310 and six on HE800DIM410.
