GE Fanuc 4 isolated pairs
Eight isolated 115 VAC/125 VDC I/O circuits for applications with parallel field switching.
IC660BBS101 uses the same four-pair isolated I/O organization as the Genius isolated block family but omits the Failed Switch diagnostic. This distinction supports circuits where a manual switch or another field device is intentionally wired in parallel with an output.
Each of the eight points can be configured as input or output. Tristate inputs can detect open wiring, while outputs retain electronic short-circuit, overload, no-load and overtemperature protection.
IC660BBS103 is documented as the replacement for IC660BBS101. Both retain the no-failed-switch behavior, but terminal and electronics assembly revisions must still be matched during replacement.
Four isolated pairs separate field potentials.
Block control power may be AC or DC independently of the circuit supply.
Loss of I/O power can be detected for a pair of circuits.
IC660BBS103 replaces IC660BBS101.
Command-to-switch mismatch is intentionally ignored.
Four isolated pairs separate field potentials.
Four isolated pairs retain protection while omitting Failed Switch comparison.
Circuits: 8 configurable isolated I/O; Grouping: 4 isolated pairs.
Manual or external parallel switching does not create Failed Switch reports.
IC660BBS103 replaces IC660BBS101.
