Product Overview

GE DS200TCPSG1A identifies the first functional-revision family of the TCPS Power Supply Board used in Mark V LM control cores. The board receives 125 VDC from the TCPD power-distribution board.

TCPS distributes supply voltages to core boards through 2PL and provides diagnostic-supply connections through JC. JP1 and JP2 supply the associated TCDA or AAHA hardware, while X1 connects to the CCOM bus.

The TCPS board has no hardware-jumper or software configuration. Installation therefore focuses on correct core placement, cable identity and full revision matching.

Power Distribution

Core supply routing from TCPD

J1 brings 125 VDC from TCPD into the TCPS board. The internal supply voltages then move through 2PL to the connected core boards, while JC supports power-supply diagnostic circuits.

Installation and Diagnostics

Connector identity replaces board-level setup

TCPS has no user hardware-jumper or software configuration. Correct service work therefore depends on identifying the core, retaining cable orientation and verifying the full board revision before energization.

  • Use X1 for the documented CCOM bus connection.
  • Do not change wiring while the core is energized.
  • Confirm J1, 2PL, JC and JP1/JP2 before startup.
