The Emerson EC20-4TC Thermocouple Input Module is a high-precision temperature acquisition module designed 

to provide accurate and reliable thermocouple signal processing for industrial automation and process control 

systems.Featuring a high-resolution 15-bit to 16-bit analog-to-digital converter, the EC20-4TC delivers detailed 

temperature data with an accuracy of ±0.5% of reading or ±1°C, whichever is greater, excluding sensor error. Built-in 

cold junction compensation with a typical accuracy of ±0.5°C further enhances measurement reliability by automatically 

correcting for ambient temperature variations.An input impedance greater than 1 MΩ minimizes loading effects on 

connected sensors, while the ability to withstand input voltages up to ±30 VDC provides additional protection against 

abnormal electrical conditions.
