The Bently Nevada 106765-25 is the 25 m interconnect cable for the 330525 Velomitor XA piezo-velocity sensor. One end mates with the sensor connector and splash-resistant boot arrangement, while the opposite end separates into labeled `A`, `B` and `SHLD` conductors for field termination.
Mechanical protection on 106765-25 comes from stainless-steel armor over the cable, with clear shrink tubing identifying the transition and 22 AWG conductors carrying the balanced signal and shield connection. At 25 m it uses the maximum published order length, so the complete assembly is routed and terminated without field shortening at the molded sensor interface.

106765-25 combines the maximum listed cable length with an armored outer path and identified field conductors.
Stainless-steel armor protects the 25 m assembly along the route while the underlying conductors remain part of the sensor signal path.
White A, black B and green SHLD conductors separate at the field end for correct signal polarity and shield termination.
The splash-resistant boot and clamps cover the sensor connection and control moisture entry at the mated interface.
106765-25 links one 330525 Velomitor XA sensor to the local terminal or monitor field wiring without converting the velocity signal inside the cable.
The assembled connector mates with the Velomitor XA receptacle and remains mechanically supported by the boot system.
The three field leads can land on the dedicated terminal block or within the terminal housing used to join monitor wiring.
When the 106769 terminal housing is used, one housing can accommodate as many as two Velomitor XA sensor cables.
Verify the white A and black B conductors at both ends, confirm the green SHLD termination, and inspect the sensor boot and field-lead transition before replacing the cable.
Seat the fluorosilicone boot over the connection and secure both clamps on clean surfaces. A loose boot can let splash reach the connector even when the armored run is intact.
Do not shorten the molded sensor end or alter the assembly. Route and support the 25 m cable correctly, or order the documented length that fits the installation.
The armor protects the cable but adds mass. Clips or tray support prevent the 25 m run from loading the Velomitor XA connector and the exposed field leads.
Yes, the compatible 106769 housing can accept up to two Velomitor XA cable assemblies, provided each A, B and SHLD termination remains separately identified.
Swapped A/B conductors reverse polarity, while an incorrect shield landing can increase noise. Preserve the white A, black B and green SHLD identification at the terminal end.
One account contact coordinates catalog checks, quantity, quotation timing and shipment updates so the same technical details stay visible.
