The ABB SPA-ZC21 is a Bus Connection Module designed for reliable communication between field devices and control systems. It features 

a 9-pin D-sub male host interface, supports baud rates from 300 to 19,200 bit/s, and provides 1500 V DC isolation, ensuring safe and stable 

data transmission in industrial environments.
Housed in a durable sheet steel case, the module consists of two 32 mm × 42 mm printed circuit boards connected via a 10-pin connector strip. 

It facilitates optical fibre connections, with designated receiver (Rx) and transmitter ports for seamless integration into ABB’s automation 

networks, operating reliably across temperatures from –25 °C to +70 °C.
