ABB PM867K01 3BSE076355R1 is an AC 800M high-integrity controller kit that executes standard and SIL application code, coordinates S800 I/O and supports redundant controller operation through the platform communication structure. The kit combines the PM867 CPU with the TP830 processor base and defined bus accessories.
Inside ABB PM867K01 3BSE076355R1, the processor works with 64 MB SDRAM and firmware flash while CN1/CN2, COM3 and COM4 separate control-network, serial-protocol and service traffic. Electrical and optical ModuleBus paths extend process data to S800 I/O, and CEX units add only the documented communication interfaces.
High-integrity use of ABB PM867K01 3BSE076355R1 depends on the configured SM812 and certified software path, not on the CPU alone. Redundant projects preserve primary/backup roles, controller addresses and synchronized application state before a switchover test is accepted.

The hardware library, firmware and CPU article must identify PM867 before application code and retain data are restored.
CN1/CN2 addresses, serial settings, CEX positions and ModuleBus I/O identities are mapped to their physical connections before download.
SIL application code is compiled and loaded through the certified engineering path with the specified SM812 arrangement; ordinary code remains separated by the project structure.
L+/L− supply and SA/SB status inputs are checked with the ModuleBus/CEX load, because a healthy feeder does not prove every downstream bus is powered.
RUN, STOP, ERROR and battery indications are read together with the engineering diagnostics and event record.
Primary and backup identities, synchronization and communication paths are confirmed before and after a controlled switchover.
Moore Automation links confirmed packing references, carrier details and destination information to the exact industrial-part enquiry.
Tracking information is shared when available from the selected carrier, while product model and quantity remain attached to the shipment record.
