The ABB DSTC406 module is a passive terminal module designed specifically for ABB DCS networks. It is used 

in conjunction with the DSTC452 modulator and is installed as a "terminal" in the communication chain from 

the SDB (System Distribution Board) to the LDB (Local Distribution Board), ensuring proper termination of the 

signal link and stable communication. Each "final" modulator (modem) must be equipped with a DSTC406 to 

maintain the reliability of system communication.
